Abimbola Kolade worked with Tower Aluminum Nig.PLC, building products division where he rose to become the sales and marketing manager and the most senior Nigerian within the establishment. While in Tower he handled the roofing of Muritala Muhammed Airport (MMA2) and the Dangote cement plant at Obajana. He left Tower Aluminium to establish his own company DAK Roofing Systems Ltd where he is the President and CEO of this solution-oriented company.
To attest to his core professional competence, he belongs to the following professional bodies as a Fellow Nigerian Institute of Building, Incorporated Member Chartered Institute of Building (UK), Member Nigerian Institute of Management, Associate Member National Institute Marketing of Nigeria, Member National Roofing Contractor Association (USA) and Registered Member Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria.
He is currently the 2nd Vice President of the Nigeria Institute of Building Association in Nigeria.
He loves photography and spends his time positively impacting young people.
