FASHIONED AND MADE FOR EXCELLENCE FOUNDATION has partnered with American Corner Ibadan for the 2nd consecutive year to empower over (120) beneficiaries from over 30 underserved public senior secondary schools in Ibadan, Oyo State at the 2nd edition of the Fame Lead Day which took place on October 9th in Ibadan.
The mission of FAME LEAD DAY is to inspire and equip senior prefects from public secondary schools and their teachers with 21st-century leadership and life skills to enable them to lead effectively at their schools and succeed in life. This year’s event featured phenomenal facilitators who volunteered their time and resources to inspire and empower the participants.
The one day event was exciting for the prefects and their teachers who got to spend time learning from seasoned facilitators including Ademayowa Fadare, Olugbenga Ogunbowale, Raphael Stephen, Catherine Busari, and Mr Folajimi Bademosi.
Also at the Fame Lead Day 2019, we had various sessions on leadership and responsibility, critical thinking, problem-solving, empathy, emotional intelligence, collaboration, effective communication, and a highly interactive panel session.
We are deeply grateful to our fame volunteers, donors, Nucova, E Power, F & K Savings and our board members for helping make this year’s edition a resounding success.
