On the 16th of June, 2021 we headed to Muslim School, Igbeti Oyo to deliver a robust Prefect Training for their new intake of prefects.
The Fame Lead Day training program involved 42 young leaders from across SS2, teachers, and a small team of our experienced facilitators, led by our Executive Director, Raphael Stephen.
The training combined experiential learning activities with a “Prefect Challenge” designed to develop leadership skills and increase confidence, teamwork, collaboration and communication.
Through the training program, the prefects grow to understand that in order to be effective leaders of their school and make an impact on society, they must first learn to lead themselves.
